LEON RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I reprint my label or obtain a mobile return code again?
Yes! If you’ve already registered your return, you can reprint your return label or obtain your Mobile Return Code by visiting our returns portal. Simply enter your order number and email address to reprint the label or manage your return request. This portal also allows you to track your return status, cancel a return request, or modify your return details.


Where is my return?
Once your return package is on its way back to our warehouse, the return process has started. When we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll notify you if your return has been accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your tracking shows "Delivered." Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.


Can I exchange my item?
Currently, LEON does not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return the original item by visiting our returns portal and place a new order for the replacement item. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment.


Can you help with a damaged product?
We're sorry to hear you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to help@usaleon.com with your order details, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue. Please note, items outside of the 90-day return window cannot be returned or refunded.


What if my item is faulty?
Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or have a manufacturing defect within 3 months of purchase. After 3 months, items will no longer be considered faulty and will be evaluated based on normal wear and tear.

If your item is faulty upon receipt, you may return it for a refund by visiting our returns portal. For international orders, please contact us directly at help@usaleon.com.

Can I create a LEON account?

When will you restock?
We're always working on new collections and restocks. To be notified when a product is back in stock, visit the product page and click “Join the Waitlist.”


Where is my order?
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to pack and ship it. You'll receive an email with tracking details, so you can monitor your package's progress. Please allow up to 7 business days for your package to arrive after it’s shipped.


My package is missing—can you help?
If you have not received your delivered order or it has been lost in transit, please contact us at help@usaleon.com, and we will assist you.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer both standard and express international shipping to most countries. For more details, please visit our international shipping page.


Can I change my address information on my current order?
Orders are processed quickly, and we typically cannot change your shipping details once your order is confirmed. If your order has already shipped, we suggest contacting the carrier directly to update your address:

What is Afterpay?
Afterpay allows you to buy now and pay later in 4 equal payments made every two weeks, with no interest. Simply choose Afterpay at checkout.
