Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest. Keep it level across your back and snug but not tight.

Measure the narrowest part of your waist — usually just above your belly button. Stand naturally and breathe normally.

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and butt, about 7–9 inches below your waist.

Measure from the top of your inner thigh to your ankle bone. You can also use a pair of well-fitting pants as a guide.
