LEON RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Yes! If you’ve already registered your return, you can reprint your return label or obtain your Mobile Return Code by visiting our returns portal. Simply enter your order number and email address to reprint the label or manage your return request. This portal also allows you to track your return status, cancel a return request, or modify your return details.
Once your return package is on its way back to our warehouse, the return process has started. When we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll notify you if your return has been accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your tracking shows "Delivered." Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
Currently, LEON does not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return the original item by visiting our returns portal and place a new order for the replacement item. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment.

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to pack and ship it. You'll receive an email with tracking details, so you can monitor your package's progress. Please allow up to 7 business days for your package to arrive after it’s shipped.
International Shipping

Orders are processed quickly, and we typically cannot change your shipping details once your order is confirmed. If your order has already shipped, we suggest contacting the carrier directly to update your address:
