LEON RETURNS POLICY (U.S.)

Return for Store Credit or Refund
You can return your LEON purchase within 30 days of placing your order for store credit or a refund. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure a valid return and efficient processing:

  1. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
  2. Merchandise that has been used or altered in any way will not be accepted.

Return Process

  • Online Orders: Returns may be made by mail or at any LEON store location.
  • In-Store Purchases: Returns for items bought in-store can be processed online (if you provided your email address at the time of purchase) or at any LEON store location. You’ll need a digital receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Shipping Fees: Return shipping is subject to a $6.00 fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if you choose store credit as your return payment method.

    Store Credit & Refunds

    • Store Credit: For returned items, a LEON gift card will be issued via email once your return is processed. If you choose store credit, return shipping is free.
    • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (including prepaid credit cards). Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your account due to varying processing times.
    • Final Sale: Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

    How to Return Your Items

    • By Mail: Once your return request is completed online, you will receive a QR code and return shipping label. Returns can be dropped off at USPS or UPS locations.

        Important Notes

        • Returns must be in new, unworn condition. If your return does not meet these standards, your return request may be declined.
        • If you received a gift, the return will be processed for store credit and issued to the gift recipient’s email address.

            Terms & Conditions
            All returns are subject to LEON’s discretion, including determining the condition of the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the return policy.


            LEON also reserves the right to charge your original payment method for used store credit if the return does not meet the policy requirements.
